Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms has revealed that she has tested positive for COVID-19.
“COVID-19 has literally hit home,” Bottoms wrote on Twitter. “I have had NO symptoms and have tested positive.”
CNBC notes, Mayor Bottoms is one of the possible running mates for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden this coming November.

Bottoms’ office has not issued a statement in regards to the announcement.
